Masoor Dal er Bora

I prepare this vadas very frequently in rainy days.These vadas are great to munch on as it tastes. But you can also have them with any chutney or sauce of your choice.It tastes awesome when taken with hot tea.


1. Red Lentil / Mushurir Dal - 1 cup.
2. Onion - 1 small, finely chopped.
3. Green Chillies - finely chopped.

4. Salt.
5. Turmeric Powder.
6. Red Chilly Powder.
7. Mustard Oil.


1. Soak the dal overnight or atleast for 5-6 hours. 
2. Drain water and blend the dal in a mixer without adding any water. Add the rest of the ingredients to it.
3. Heat the mustard oil in a kadai.
3. Take the mixture in small proportions and put in the hot oil.
4. Fry until golden brown.

It is ready to serve!
