Dhone Patar Bora

Dhone pata or Coriander leaves are very common in most of our dishes. I prepare Dhone patar bora mostly as evening snacks with tea or with hot dal and rice at dinner. Here is the recipe of the yummy dhone patar bora.


  1. Coriander Leaves ( Dhone Pata ) - 100 grams.
  2. Bengal Garam Flour ( Besan ) - 50 grams.
  3. Salt.
  4. Green Chilly - Chopped into small pieces.
  5. A pinch of Baking Soda.
  6. Turmeric powder.
  7. Red Chilly powder.
  8. Mustard Oil.

1. In a bowl mix the cleaned coriander leaves cut into small pieces, besan, salt, turmeric powder, baking soda, green chilly pieces , little red chilly powder and little bit of water.
2. Make small flat  round shape of the batter.
3. Heat mustard oil in pan then fry it until it turns light brown.

It should be fried in low flame for getting a deep fry.
